quarter High Definition (qHD) or quarter HD, is a resolution standard for mobile devices. qHD is a display resolution of 960x540 pixels in 16:9 aspect ratio. qHD is exactly one quarter of a Full HD (1920x1080).
Note:
qHD should not be confused with QHD. The lower-case “q” means quarter (1/4), while the upper-case “Q” means Quad (4x).
