The cubic capacity (cc) or cylinder capacity (CC) refers to the capacity of the combustion cylinder of an engine measured in cubic centimeters. It is defined as the volume of the cylinder between the piston Top Dead Center (TDC) and Bottom Dead Center (BDC). Cubic capacity is expressed in cubic centimeters or cubic inches.
