Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) is a project management method that splits a project down into a hierarchy of deliverables, tasks, and subtasks.
WBS breaks down the structure of a project into manageable deliverables and organizes project deliverables into different levels and outlines the tasks required to complete a project. Each deliverable is assigned a task or series of tasks that can be further broken down into subtasks to meet the needs of the project.
