Virginia Assistive Technology System (VATS) is a statewide program authorized and funded by the Assistive Technology Act of 2004, as amended and administered by the Virginia Department for Aging and Rehabilitative Services (DARS). The goal of VATS is to increase access to and acquisition of Assistive Technology (AT) devices and services for people of all ages and disabilities.
