Transitional Service Agreement (TSA) is a type of agreement that is made between the buyer and seller of a company.
TSA is created when a company is sold to another company, but the selling company is required to continue providing certain support services to the buying company for a specified period of time at a predetermined price. It allows the business to continue operating as it currently does until the buyer has established themselves and can operate the departments without the help of the seller company.
