The Environmental Determinants of Diabetes in the Young (TEDDY) is a longitudinal study examining the environmental causes of Type 1 Diabetes (T1D), also known as childhood diabetes or juvenile diabetes. TEDDY study was designed to follow children with and without a family history of T1D to understand the environmental factors that contribute to the disease.
