South Puget Intertribal Planning Agency (SPIPA) was formed in 1976 as a 501(c)(3), tribally chartered intergovernmental agency that responded to the needs and directives of the member tribes. SPIPA provides direct services, planning, and technical assistance to each tribe and eligible Native Americans residing within the SPIPA service area.
