Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest (SARFAESI) Act 2002 or SARFAESI Act, is an Indian law lets the banks as well as other financial institutions of India to recover their Non-Performing Asset (NPA), when borrowers fail to repay their loans, without the intervention of the Court.
