Residual-Current Circuit Breaker (RCCB) is an electrical wiring device that disconnects a circuit whenever it detects that the electric current is not balanced between the phase conductor and the return neutral. The main purpose of RCCB is to detect the current leakage which can cause injury or death and can lead to fire hazards. It can also detect the fault from over current and short circuit.
