Roller-Compacted Concrete (RCC) is a special blend of concrete that does not have any reinforcing steel and has essentially the same ingredients as conventional concrete but in different ratios. RCC pavement is a tough, durable type of concrete pavement that is used for all types of roadways. Roller compacted concrete draws its name from the construction practices used to place and finish the material.
