Power Distance Index (PDI) is a measure of social power acceptance.
PDI measures the extent to which individuals in a society accept and expect unequal distribution of power and authority.
A high PDI indicates a greater acceptance of hierarchical structures and centralized authority, while a low PDI suggests a preference for more egalitarian and democratic arrangements.
The full form of PDI is Power Distance Index
