What does OC mean?

OverClocking (OC) or OverClock (OC), is the process of running a computer component at a faster clock speed than that intended by the manufacturers. The term OC is sometimes used with a computer component such as a graphics card, processor or motherboard to show that it is capable of overclocking. The OC series computer components are usually equipped with a better cooling system and power connectors for stability during Overclocking.
