Nokia is a multinational telecommunications and information technology company headquartered in Espoo, Finland. Nokia started as a wood-pulp mill, the company expanded into producing rubber products in the Finnish city of Nokia. Nokia is a city on the banks of the Nokianvirta River in the region of Pirkanmaa and the province of Western Finland. The company later adopted the city’s name.
