No-Claim Bonus (NCB) is a discount in premium offered by the insurance company to a policyholder for not making any claims during the policy term.
NCB discount ranges from 20% to 50% and is given to the insured while renewing a policy if there has been no claim during the past year(s). The discount is usually appliable to the Own Damage (OD) component of the comprehensive car insurance policy.
