Non-Current Assets (NCA) are a company's assets whose full value will not be realized within the accounting year since they cannot be easily converted into cash or cash equivalents.
NCA are assets that are expected to generate economic benefits over more than one year.
Examples:
Property, Plant, and Equipment (PP&E), land, long-term investments, and so on.
