Kerala Flood Cess (KFC) is a tax implemented by the Kerala government on the intra-state movement of goods and services to the final customers. KFC is imposed at a rate of up to 1% on the value of supply of goods, services. It is used to raise the fund which is required for re-construction of the State after the devastating flood which occurred in the State during August 2018.
