Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) is an agency set up by the Ministry of Human Resources Development (MHRD) to manage and regulate the centralized admissions in all the centrally funded institutions such as the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIITs), National Institutes of Technology (NITs) and other Government Funded Technical Institutes (GFTI).
