Interconnection Usage Charges (IUC) is a regulation made by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) in which the mobile telecom operator pay one another Interconnection Usage Charges for using each other’s network to complete calls. ICU charges are fixed by TRAI and can often affect consumer tariffs.
