International Partnership for Microbicides (IPM) is a non-profit Product Development Partnership (PDP) to prevent sexually transmitted infections or diseases by accelerating the development and availability of a safe and effective microbicide for use by women in developing countries.

Microbicide is a product that can reduce sexually transmitted infections or diseases when applied to the vagina or rectum.
