What does ICA mean?

Isotropically Conductive Adhesive (ICA) is a composite material consisting of a nonconductive polymer binder and conductive filler particles. The adhesive pastes before cure usually have low electrical conductivity. The conductive adhesives become highly conductive only after the adhesives are cured and solidified.
