Grain Marketing Board (GMB) is a grain trade and marketing company based in Zimbabwe. GMB was established as the Maize Control Board under the maize control Act of 1931.
GMB is a state-owned commodity trading enterprise that deals in cereals and oilseeds, the provision of logistic services to the agricultural industry as well as the processing of products. The board's main objective is to ensure national food security through the production, procurement, and management of cereals. GMB is also responsible for handling, storage, and disposal of maize and for the management of imports and exports.
