Guide to the Assessment of Rates of Veterans' Pensions (GARP) is a legislative instrument prepared by the Repatriation Commission and approved by the Minister for Veterans' Affairs for use by the Commission, the Veterans' Review Board and the Administrative Appeals Tribunal in determining a degree of incapacity for the purpose of assessing a rate of disability pension in Australia.
