What does FoS mean?

Flowers of Sulphur (FoS) or Flowers of Sulfur (FoS), also known as yellow sulphur (sulfur) powder, is a bright yellow powder obtained from naturally-occurring volcanic brimstone deposits. Under a microscope, the tiny crystal resembles flowers, hence the name.
FoS is used in agriculture and in medicine chiefly to kill parasites and fungi and to treat certain skin diseases.

Note:
FoS tests are used to examine the susceptibility of test articles to sulfur-based corrosion.
