ECMAScript 6 (ES6), also known as ECMAScript 2015 (ES2015), is the 6th version of ECMAScript. It was a significant update to the JavaScript programming language specification standardized by Ecma International and was released in 2015.
ES6 introduced many new features that aimed to make JavaScript code more concise, readable, and maintainable.
