Digital Twin Spark Ignition (DTSi) is a trademark of Bajaj Auto and holds an Indian patent for the technology. In DTSi technology, the Two spark plugs at either end of the combustion chamber helps faster and better combustion. A digital CDI with an 8 bit microprocessor chip handles the spark delivery. The programmed chip’s memory contains an optimum ignition timing for any given engine rpm, thereby obtaining the best performance characteristics from the combustion chamber.
