What does CRT mean?

Capillary Refill Time (CRT) is the rate at which blood refills empty capillaries. It is a simple method to determine the amount of blood flow to the tissue. It is assessed by manually applying pressure for 5s to the skin and observing the time before reperfusion. Normal capillary refill time is 2 to 3 seconds.
