Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) or Autonomous Cruise Control (ACC) is a driver assistance technology that adapts the vehicle's speed to the traffic environment. ACC is an enhancement version of cruise control that automatically controls the acceleration and braking of a vehicle.
ACC can autonomously slow down, accelerate, and maintain a preset speed and distance from the vehicle ahead.
